adverly is a secure platform that connects businesses with influencers for marketing collaborations. We provide escrow payment services, AI-powered matching, and verification systems to ensure safe and transparent partnerships.

3. User Accounts

To use adverly, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring all information provided is truthful and up-to-date

4. Verification Requirements

All users must complete our verification process, which includes identity verification and platform authentication. Providing false information or attempting to circumvent verification may result in immediate account termination.

5. Escrow Services

Our escrow service holds payments securely until both parties confirm work completion. By using this service:

• Businesses agree to fund escrow before work begins
• Influencers agree to complete work as specified in contracts
• Both parties agree to our dispute resolution process
• Funds may be held for up to 30 days pending dispute resolution

6. Fees and Payments

adverly charges platform fees for facilitating secure transactions. All fees will be clearly disclosed before any transaction is initiated. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to bypass escrow or payment systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share account access with unauthorized parties

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on adverly remain the property of their respective owners. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant adverly a license to display and promote their profiles on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

adverly provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process first. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to completion of any pending transactions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
